Job summary

TUI is offering an Apprenticeship as Travel Advisor at the Braehead store. You’ll work towards the Level 3 Travel Consultant Apprenticeship, learning to recommend holidays, cruises, UK breaks and more while delivering great customer service.

You’ll complete practical and written assignments via an online learning platform with support from your manager and a dedicated learning coach to help you achieve the Level 3 qualification.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 9–4 (or equivalent).
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings.
• Targeted to achieve Level 3 Travel Consultant apprenticeship.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude in challenging situations.
• Team player who collaborates with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues with a passion for travel.
• Aim to exceed sales targets in a customer-facing role.

Our two-year Apprenticeship Scheme is structured to develop you in becoming a destination expert so that you can recommend and sell holidays, Cruise, UK Breaks and additional products. You’ll put all customers at the heart of our business by creating unforgettable holiday experiences that make us the best-loved holiday company.
