Job summary

Michael Kors in London seeks an Allocator for Retail Planning & Allocation to drive stock allocations and replenishment for a global retail network. You will align launches, manage replenishment, and collaborate with planning teams to optimize inventory and performance across stores and channels.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel capability with functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot tables and conditional formatting.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of KPIs (cover/WOS, Sell-through, Sales vs LW, LY).
• Strong mathematical skills and an analytical mindset.
• Entry level knowledge or ability to use AI-based tools like CoPilot or ClaudeMK.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly newness launches and ensure alignment of initial allocations to stores.
• Own daily replenishment to stores through auto-replenishment and manual allocations.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Demand Planner and Demand Planner to support replenishment forecasting.
• Execute seasonal stock builds and markdown/promotional builds.
• Support weekly reporting and provide visibility of product ownership, opportunities and risks.
• Develop deep knowledge of allocation and replenishment systems and optimize stock replenishment.
• Partner with DC operations to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Support new store openings/closures and implement store grading structure alongside replenishment parameters.
• Provide feedback from stores and district managers to reflect in replenishment decisions.
• Suggest changes to procedures and systems for allocation and replenishment.
