Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking an Allocator to join the London team, based at Cork Street. You will create initial and replenishment stock allocations for stores, run reports, and analyse sales and stock figures to support seasonal performance.

The role requires strong analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with proficient Excel and retail math. You will work with Planning, Stores, Buying and Marketing to optimise inventory and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Produce packs for weekly sales and promotional reports.
• Attend key meetings to understand season performance and forward strategies.
• Develop and implement strategies to help drive sales.
• Allocate stock to stores to meet sales, gross profit and inventory turn goals.
• Track and monitor DC and store inventory to maximise sell-through.
• Release initial distributions and in-season replenishment to stores.
• Ensure full size availability of best sellers and continuity lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of store openings.
• Support Planning with store, product and size analysis.
• Manage communications regarding inventory and replenishment.
