Job summary

BT Group is hiring a Retail Advisor at the Liverpool One store to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will represent the BT/EE brand, helping customers find the right solutions and building lasting relationships with shoppers.

No prior retail experience is required; full training will be provided. The role offers a supportive team, flexible hours and opportunities for progression within BT Group and EE retail networks.
