Job summary

BT Group in Truro is seeking a Retail Advisor to help customers with energy, mobile and broadband solutions in-store. You will guide customers, answer questions, and assist with transactions, delivering a friendly and informative shopping experience.

No prior retail experience is required and full training will be provided. The role offers flexibility across store hours, a real opportunity to earn through on-target commissions, and access to healthcare and travel support.
