Job summary

Southern Hospice Group is seeking a Retail Administrator to provide efficient administrative and operational support to the Trading team and shops. The role focuses on handling public enquiries, coordinating deliveries and collections, and assisting with EPoS, stock control, banking and supplier administration.

You will deliver excellent customer service as the first point of contact by phone and email, coordinating bookings and ensuring information flows to the relevant teams.

Qualifications

• Provide an efficient, professional and customer-focused administrative and operational support service to the Trading team and shops.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for public enquiries by telephone and email, delivering timely and professional responses.
• Coordinate deliveries and collections, ensuring accurate schedules and prompt communication with relevant colleagues.
• Support shop and warehouse operations, EPoS, stock control, banking and supplier administration.
• Collaborate with Trading Managers and Warehouse Manager to manage cover for public enquiries.
