Job summary

Lord Search & Selection is seeking an Account Executive - Retail Channel based in the Midlands. The role focuses on supporting the development and day-to-day management of key retail accounts, driving revenue and margins, and building strong customer relationships.

You will report to the Senior National Account Manager and work with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer Service to seize opportunities for growth and profitability. A home-based setup is offered within the UK.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales retail account management experience.
• Experience growing accounts, promotions and customer relationships.
• Strong commercial, numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent organization and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and development of key retail accounts.
• Build strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Support account plans, promotions and trading agreements.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
• Identify range gaps and new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer Service.
• Assist with customer presentations, account reviews and range reviews.
• Act as Retail Media Champion, coordinating activity and analysing data.
