• Prior investment banking internship experience (M&A or industry) desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and distressed M&A.
• Support debt and equity financings and advisory services.
• Participate in complex negotiations and client-related activities.
• Collaborate with deal teams to understand and execute restructuring projects.
