Qualifications

• Penultimate-year university student, final assessments in Spring/Summer 2028.
• Strong understanding of accounting, corporate finance, and valuation.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects efficiently.
• Desirable: knowledge of Equity/Debt Capital Markets or private equity.
• Desirable: understanding of valuation methodologies and financial modelling (LBO or DCF).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to live deal engagements across Debt, Equity, and Primary Capital Advisory teams.
• Support origination, marketing efforts, and learning from analysts and senior staff.
• Assist with CRM maintenance and investor materials.
