Chadwick Nott is representing a Top 100 City law firm seeking a Restructuring Senior Associate (Contentious/Non-Contentious) in London. The role involves transactional, advisory, and contentious restructuring, with responsibilities across acquisitions, standstills, schemes of arrangement and distress assets.

The successful candidate will have 6+ PQE, E&W qualification, and at least 6 years of restructuring experience within a UK law firm, with exposure to both contentious and non-contentious

Qualificações

• 6+ PQE, England & Wales qualified.
• At least 6 years of contentious and non-contentious restructuring experience in a UK law firm.

Responsabilidades

• Transactional, advisory, and contentious restructuring work.
• Acting for IPs on acquisitions and disposals of companies and assets.
• Financial and corporate restructuring including standstills.
• Schemes of arrangement and special situations/distressed assets.
• Contentious work including insolvency office holder responses and enforcement of security.
• Advisory on contingency planning and debt advisory.

Salary: £95,000-£105,000

Role

Transactional, advisory, and contentious restructuring:

• Acting for IPs on the acquisition and disposal of companies and assets
• Financial and corporate restructuring including standstills
• Schemes of arrangement
• Special situations/distressed assets
• Contentious including acting for insolvency office holders including wrongful trading, CDDA applications, enforcement of security
• Advisory including contingency planning and debt advisory
