Job summary

Chadwick Nott is recruiting for a Restructuring & Insolvency Associate in London. You will handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency work, including advising directors, ADR and CVAs, with a strong emphasis on quality work and professional development.

England & Wales-qualified solicitors with 3-5 PQE are sought, with 3-5 years UK restructuring and insolvency experience in a UK law firm and proven exposure to both strands of insolvency.

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 3-5 PQE.
• 3-5 years UK restructuring and insolvency experience in a UK law firm.
• Must have both contentious and non-contentious insolvency experience.
