The Role

Senior Associate - Restructuring & Insolvency - City of London

You will join a strong, established team in the firm's City of London office.

Your work will primarily involve non-contentious matters linked to their corporate, finance, and real estate teams, advising stakeholders in distressed situations, including lenders, investors, corporates, directors, and individuals, as well as insolvency practitioners.

The London restructuring team is very active, and they seek someone eager to develop their skills, help grow the practice, and handle top-tier work under supervision.

You will be part of the cross-office Restructuring & Insolvency team within the Banking department.

Requirements:

• You will be a Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (no upper experience limit)
• Experience managing transactional and other work as the day-to-day fee earner
• Technically strong
• Understanding of how to grow and develop a practice
• Willingness to participate in marketing and business development activities
