• Strong transactional restructuring and insolvency experience.
• Experience reviewing security and finance documentation.
• Solid understanding of insolvency processes and enforcement options.
• Ability to manage matters proactively and take ownership.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Commercial, practical adviser with client-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Focus on non-contentious, transactional and advisory work.
• Advise on formal insolvency processes, appointment documentation, distressed business and asset sales, and related matters.
• Collaborate with board directors and stakeholders to navigate financial difficulty and provide practical guidance.
• Advise banks and financial institutions on entities in distress, reviewing finance and security documents and advising on waivers and restructuring options.
• Work on a wide range of national matters, including large restructurings and distressed assets.
• Expect around 25-30% of caseload to include contentious work, including drafting applications and witness statements.
