Responsibilities include:

1. Attend, inspect, report, and deliver on contracted operational work and emergency call outs as required, including active participation in the emergency call out rota.
2. Manage resources efficiently to meet profit and productivity targets, informing the hire desk of equipment utilization.
3. Prepare all relevant paperwork, including on-site documents, adhering to company standards.
4. Liaise with the Service Centre to keep them informed of the status of ongoing projects.
5. Maintain close communication with the Supervisor, other technicians, and Management.
6. Assist with the ongoing training of operational personnel.
7. Ensure understanding and implementation of Quality, Management, and Health & Safety procedures, including advising insureds on operation and safety of plant and equipment, and providing safety data sheets when necessary.
8. Provide flexible resourcing to assist other Technicians or operate as a site-based technician for commercial and residential claims.
9. Understand and implement new procedures and materials.

Requirements for the Role
