Job summary

Sedgwick is recruiting a Restoration Surveyor to work on restoration projects for commercial and domestic properties damaged by water, flood or fire in the Midlands or Southern England. You will perform technical reporting, defects diagnosis and manage the drying process, collaborating with our restoration network to find the best solutions for claims.

This role rewards calm under pressure, strong communication and solid project planning.

Qualifications

• Driving licence required.
• BDMA/Dewpoint accreditation preferred.
• Experience with restoration or repair of water/fire damaged properties desirable.
• Knowledge of building construction and relevant legislation is preferred.
• Able to plan projects to control time, cost and quality.
• Comfortable working in a team focused on driving change.
