Job summary

Sedgwick is hiring a Restoration Surveyor to handle damage restoration projects across the Midlands or Southern England. You will conduct technical reporting, diagnose defects and oversee the drying process, working solo or in teams as required.

You will collaborate with our restoration network to resolve claims, manage workloads, and make decisions under pressure while advancing your career in a growing company that values care, training, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Driving licence: Full UK driving licence required.
• Accreditation: preferably BDMA/Dewpoint accredited Building Surveyor.
• Insurance knowledge: desirable but not essential; restoration or repair experience helps.
• Building construction knowledge: extensive knowledge preferred.
• Project planning: ability to plan projects with time, cost, and quality control.
• Team collaboration: comfortable working in a team driving change and innovation.
