Job summary

Potters Resorts Five Lakes is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to deliver warm, attentive service and create memorable dining experiences in a countryside setting. This is a part-time role with 20–30 hours per week in a team-focused environment.

You will work Friday dinner service, split shifts on Saturday and Sunday, and Monday breakfast service, with breakfast, lunch and dinner windows specified. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are required due to location.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Experience in waiting is a plus but training is available.
• Ability to work under pressure and keep service running smoothly.
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.
• Team player who helps out as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service to guests, greeting with a smile and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently, keeping guests comfortable throughout their visit.
• Keep tables, dining areas and service stations clean, upholding hygiene and presentation standards.
• Work closely with colleagues and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and clear communication.
• Follow all food handling, cleanliness and safety standards to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
