Job summary

Potters Resorts Five Lakes in Essex is hiring a friendly, energetic Restaurant Team member to deliver brilliant dining experiences. You’ll greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help keep the dining areas clean and welcoming during busy periods.

Full training is provided, and a positive attitude plus teamwork are all that’s required. We offer 40 hours per week with rotating shifts, weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• What We’re Looking For: friendly, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for hospitality
• Previous waiting experience is a bonus, but not essential; full training is provided
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards
• A team player who’s always willing to get stuck in

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and take orders; answer menu queries
• Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks efficiently during busy periods
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep dining areas, tables, and utensils clean and sanitised
• Team Collaboration: Communicate with kitchen to keep service seamless
• Health & Safety: Follow hygiene and safety guidelines
