Job summary

British Garden Centres is recruiting Restaurant Team Members for our East Durham centre. This temporary, part-time role involves weekend work with a 6 hours per week schedule, offering a friendly environment in a busy restaurant.

You will handle table clearing, washing up, making drinks, taking food and drink orders, till operation, and general duties to maintain hygiene and guest experience. Barista training is an advantage but not essential; full training will be provided to help you shine.

• Maintain and manage premises with excellent hygiene practises, this may include washing up duties.
• Ensuring our customers have a pleasant experience in our restaurant.

May be required to use a computerised tilling system.

Will also involve usual jobs associated with working in a busy restaurant.

Must be Friendly & Confident for this customer facing role.

Be able to work on own initiative & as part of a team, able to adapt to the demands & speed of the business at peak trading.
