Your key responsibilities include:
  1. Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times.
  2. Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers.
  3. Attempting to resolve simple customer inquiries and referring difficult ones to a Manager.
  4. Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and the preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards.
  5. Carrying out temperature checks and recording them as per company process.
  6. Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per the cleaning chart.
  7. Following standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
  8. Adhering to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and shift manager directions.
  9. Being aware of the restaurant's goals and targets to contribute towards achieving them.
  10. Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness, comfort, and convenience expectations, including restocking workstations.
  11. Reporting all work-related near misses, injuries, and illnesses promptly.
  12. Following correct procedures and instructions, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when instructed.
