A Day in the Life of a Food & Beverage Team Member

What you'll be doing:

• Greeting guests warmly and providing attentive service to ensure a memorable experience.
• Accurately taking and processing food and drink orders, noting special requests.
• Serving food and beverages with care, maintaining high presentation standards.
• Setting up, cleaning, and resetting tables and service areas.
• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Assisting with inventory and restocking supplies to keep the dining area well-stocked.
• Upholding hygiene and safety standards to ensure a clean, compliant workspace.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service.

What We Need From You

• A friendly, professional approach with a passion for guest service.
• Previous food and beverage experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
• Excellent communication skills for confident guest and colleague interactions.
• Attention to detail, especially in order accuracy and food presentation.
• Team spirit and a supportive attitude.
• Flexibility and energy to manage busy periods effectively.
• Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
