Your key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers with a smile and being genuinely friendly
• Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
• Ensuring food preparation and storage meet Health & Safety standards
• Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
• Completing cleaning schedules as per guidelines
• Maintaining quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
• Following restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
• Contributing to the restaurant’s goals and targets
• Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness, including restocking
• Reporting work-related incidents, near misses, injuries, or illnesses promptly
• Following procedures and safety instructions, including wearing PPE when required
