Job summary

Pasta Evangelists is opening a new restaurant at Westfield Stratford and is seeking a big personality and energetic Restaurant Team Leader to run the front of house and kitchen, creating exceptional dining experiences.

You will lead from the front, train the team, manage shifts, maintain food safety and costs, and engage guests with passion. Starting rate £14.50 per hour with growth opportunities in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
• Strong communication with front- and back-of-house teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant floor and kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Oversee kitchen and dining area and ensure quality dishes; participate in preparing dishes as needed.
• Train new team members and supervise current crew.
• Manage shifts and time-off requests to keep staffing balanced.
• Handle cash and reconcile transactions with honesty.
• Assist with budget planning and cost control.
