Pasta Evangelists is hiring at WESTFIELD STRATFORD to support the launch and ongoing operations of our restaurants. As a Kitchen Porter, you will help prepare and plate fresh pasta dishes, handle dine-in and delivery orders, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment.

You will follow our recipes and health & safety guidelines, work evenings and weekends, and contribute to a vibrant, fast-paced team. We offer an hourly rate of £12.71, service charge, team socials, pasta tastings, and

Qualifications

• Passion for Italian cuisine.
• Prior kitchen porter or back-of-house experience is a plus.
• Understand food hygiene and safety practices.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable and able to work in a busy environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and plate fresh pasta dishes to high standards.
• Prepare orders for dine-in and delivery promptly.
• Follow recipes and techniques to meet standards.
• Prepare and portion ingredients, sauces, and pasta.
• Maintain health and safety and keep the workplace clean.
• Stock and organize storage areas and fridges.
• Wash pots, pans, utensils and equipment.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and report issues.
• Work quickly to support service.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
• Support colleagues during busy times.
