British Garden Centres is seeking an experienced Restaurant Team Leader to join our expanding family business. You will lead a small team, ensure high-quality guest service, and manage kitchen operations with a strong focus on food safety and hygiene.

You will be responsible for staff rotas, stock checks, and maintaining standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced food business.
• Experience in customer service and handling complaints.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain excellent standards of guest service.
• Manage small team of staff.
• Assist with stock taking.
• Plan staff rotas.
• Deputise in the Restaurant Manager's absence.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure that these are fully communicated to all team members.
