Job summary

Franco Manca in Manchester is seeking a proactive Supervisor/Team Leader to support daily operations and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will motivate staff, manage rotas, and ensure delivery of excellent customer experiences while upholding health, safety, and quality standards.

• Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all food hygiene regulations.

  You will have previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role within a Hospitality or fast paced restaurant setting.

• Have a passion for great Italian food and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
