Job summary

Franco Manca Kings Cross is hiring a Restaurant Manager to drive daily operations and lead a busy pizzeria with energy and passion. You will inspire a team to deliver outstanding service, manage the restaurant floor, and ensure food quality and guest satisfaction.

You will own the day-to-day running, build strong customer relationships, and lead initiatives from budgeting to health and safety compliance. Join a growing brand with development opportunities across the UK.

Qualifications

• As a Restaurant Manager you'll lead the team to deliver exceptional service and quality food.
• Experience in busy hospitality environments with a focus on guest satisfaction.

• £37,000- 51,900 OTE (including service charge -our data says you can earn between £2 to £4 per hour on top of your pay)
