Job summary

Franco Manca in Edinburgh is seeking a Supervisor/Team Leader to drive exceptional guest experiences. You will support day-to-day operations, mentor the team, and ensure smooth service across busy shifts.

• £13.06 – 17.06 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £2 to £4 per hour on top of your pay)

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• You will have previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role within a Hospitality or fast paced restaurant setting.
• Have a passion for great Italian food and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and multitasking.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
