Job summary

Franco Manca in London is seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will support the Restaurant Manager, coach the team, and ensure smooth, efficient service across shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, Italian-dining environment. Flexible availability is preferred and there is a generous staff discount program.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, delivering exceptional guest service on every shift.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations for smooth service.
• Coach and motivate the team to maintain high performance and standards.
• Monitor stock levels, manage deliveries, and keep accurate records.
• Assist in rota planning to ensure adequate staffing at peak times.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain health and safety standards in line with regulations.

• £13.06 – 17.06 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £2 to £4 per hour on top of your pay)
