Job summary

Franco Manca is hiring a Supervisor to lead by example and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, motivate and coach your team, and help manage stock and rotas for peak times.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain health and safety standards and food hygiene compliance.
