Responsibilities

• Support seamless restaurant operations with efficient service.
• Maintain standards and anticipate guest needs.
• Build and maintain good working relationships within the restaurant team and kitchen.
• Carry out training and development needs within the department.
• Report to the Restaurant Manager.
