Slim Chickens is seeking a Front of House Supervisor in the East Midlands Shopping Centre to lead the front-of-house team and ensure superb guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to motivate the front-of-house team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with customers and staff.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

• Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Managing guest relations, handling any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
