Job summary

Ardencote Hotel & Spa in Warwickshire is looking for a confident Restaurant Supervisor to support the Orangery and lead the Food & Beverage team during service.

You will ensure high standards, smooth service, staff planning, training and guest satisfaction while working closely with the Restaurant Manager and the wider management team.

This full-time role requires flexibility, strong hospitality skills and a proactive approach to delivering memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading and motivating a Food & Beverage team during service.
• Ability to maintain restaurant standards and cleanliness.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Proactive, flexible and able to work in a busy restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and motivate the F&B team during service.
• Ensure guest experiences are memorable.
• Maintain high restaurant standards.
• Support daily restaurant planning and staffing.
• Brief the team on menus, dietary requirements and VIPs.
• Train and develop team members.
• Open and close procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and uniform standards.
• Resolve guest queries and concerns.
• Support stock and wastage recording.
• Follow Health & Safety, COSHH and food service procedures.
