Responsibilities

• Leading, supporting and motivating the Food & Beverage team during service.
• Helping create memorable experiences for every guest.
• Making sure our restaurant standards are consistently maintained.
• Supporting daily restaurant planning and staffing.
• Briefing the team on menus, dietary requirements, VIPs and special requests.
• Training and developing team members to help them perform at their best.
• Completing opening and closing procedures.
• Maintaining excellent cleanliness, presentation and uniform standards.
• Helping resolve guest queries and concerns, escalating when needed.
• Supporting stock and wastage recording.
• Making sure Health & Safety, COSHH and food service procedures are followed.
