Job summary

Welcome Break is seeking a Supervisor in Warwick to help run a busy site, support the team on shift and deliver memorable customer experiences. Immediate start available with flexible full-time hours and a pay rate of up to £13.69 per hour plus a £10 meal allowance each shift.

You’ll work with supportive managers, gain hands-on leadership experience, and have clear progression from Supervisor into Store Management while enjoying benefits like meal allowance, overtime, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Have experience in retail or catering and are ready to step up (or already working as a Team Leader or Supervisor)
• Enjoy motivating others and leading by example on shift
• Take pride in great customer service and keeping standards high
• Are ambitious and interested in developing your career in management
