Welcome Break in Warwick is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to help run a busy site, support your team day-to-day and deliver great experiences for every customer.

You will gain hands-on leadership experience, work with supportive managers, and have clear progression from supervisor into store management, with flexible hours to suit your life. An immediate start is available with overtime if you want it, plus a £10 meal allowance each shift and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or catering and be ready to step up to supervisory duties.
• Strong customer service approach with ability to maintain high standards.
• Able to motivate others and lead by example on shift.
