Job summary

Welcome Break in Biggleswade is seeking a Supervisor to help run a busy site on the A1 Northbound. Immediate start available with flexible full-time or part-time hours and a wage of up to £13.69 per hour, plus a £10 meal allowance per shift.

You’ll lead the team on shift, deliver great customer experiences, and develop leadership skills through hands-on supervision and ongoing training. The role includes onsite parking, staff discounts across onsite brands, and clear progression into store

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or catering and readiness to step up (Team Leader or Supervisor)
• Ability to motivate others and lead by example on shift
• Pride in customer service and maintaining high standards
• Ambition to develop towards management
