Job summary

Welcome Break is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to help run a busy site at Gretna Green. You will lead a team on shift, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold high standards across all brand spaces such as Starbucks and Burger King.

The role offers immediate start, flexible full-time hours, and a £10 meal allowance per shift with free onsite parking. Develop leadership skills and progress toward store management with supportive managers and clear progression paths.

Qualifications

• Have experience in retail or catering and are ready to step up (or already working as a Team Leader or Supervisor)
• Enjoy motivating others and leading by example on shift
• Take pride in great customer service and keeping standards high
• Are ambitious and interested in developing your career in management
