Job Description:

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be supervising and delivering operations smoothly and efficiently, dealing with guests’ queries and complaints, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.

If you are an ambitious Food & Beverage professional looking to develop your leadership skills and passionate about guiding your team to success, then we are looking for you!

What you will be doing:

  • Monitor, observe, and assist in evaluating team member performance.
  • Take responsibility for the restaurant during the shift, allocating team members their duties, and monitoring the smooth running of the outlet.
  • Handle additional responsibilities outside of the shift, such as scheduling, incentives for sales, training, etc.
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and resolving guest complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
  • Manage and monitor product quality, service, satisfaction trends, evaluate, and address issues for improvement.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control.
  • Attend to all guest requests, anticipate guest needs, and remain in the outlet during service.
  • Ensure LQA and Fairmont Standards are met at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.
