Job Title: Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, Malmaison

You should have experience working in a busy restaurant and/or bar and be seeking the next step in your career. As the face of our restaurant and bar within the hotel, you will help manage flow and communicate effectively with the kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.

We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, requiring flexibility to work various shifts and days. Our busiest periods are during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours are flexible and can be discussed at interview.
