Job summary

The Goodwood Bar & Grill is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team in a busy café setting on the Goodwood Estate. You’ll guide shifts, model exceptional service, and ensure every guest feels welcome.

You’ll mentor staff, help train new joiners, and uphold our seasonally driven menu built on local ingredients. A genuine hospitality passion and calm under pressure will help you thrive in this role, which runs 40 hours per week over 5 days.

We’re on the lookout for a people-focused, hands‑on Restaurant Supervisor to help lead the front‑of‑house team at Goodwood Bar & Grill - a café where good vibes, local food, and standout service come together in one unforgettable setting.

Set on the iconic Goodwood Estate, our café celebrates local, seasonal ingredients - a lot of which come straight from our own organic farm. Think relaxed dining with a refined twist.

About The Role

As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience that feels both relaxed and refined. Working closely with the management team, you’ll lead by example, ensuring every shift runs smoothly, guests are looked after, and the team are motivated and empowered to do their best work.

You’ll be part of a café that’s deeply connected to its roots. Much of what we serve comes directly from Goodwood Home Farm, including our organic cheeses, dairy, heritage meats, and our very own Ale. These ingredients form the foundation of a seasonal menu that’s classic in concept, and consistently high in execution.

This is a hands‑on, guest‑facing role where attention to detail, strong leadership, and a genuine passion for hospitality will be essential.
