The Goodwood Estate Company Limited operates Goodwood Bar & Grill, a lively café on the Goodwood Estate. We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor who leads by example, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and guests receive standout service in a relaxed yet refined setting.

You’ll work closely with management to train and empower the FOH team, nurture a warm guest atmosphere, and uphold our high standards using ingredients sourced from our farm and local partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in a café, restaurant or bar, ideally in a Supervisor role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for food, people and hospitality.
