Job summary

De Vere Wokefield Estate in Reading area is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to work with the Restaurant Manager in preparing, setting up and serving the restaurant to ensure smooth operations and high standards. You will help create memorable food and beverage experiences for guests and lead a team with energy and warmth.

The role emphasizes coaching, training and maintaining excellent service, with varied shifts in a 24/7 operation.

Job description

As the Restaurant Supervisor you'll work with our Restaurant Manager participating in the preparation, set up and service of the restaurants to ensure they run smoothly. You'll create memorable food and beverage experiences for our guests ensuring efficient, high standards of service at all time.

• You will have experience as a Restaurant Supervisor preferably in a hotel environment although this is not essential
• A positive approach and excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team
• A service orientated approach and a passion for high standards with experience of coaching, developing and training team members
• Well organised, flexible and able to work well under pressure
