Job summary

Another Place, The Lake is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to support the Food & Beverage Manager across three restaurants within the venue, Rampsbeck, The Living Space and The Glasshouse. You will ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service.

We are a hospitality-led team valuing warmth, flexibility and teamwork, with opportunities to grow within a stunning lakeside setting. This full-time role offers a flexible zero-hours contract to fit availability.

Qualifications

• Friendly, adaptable and excellent time-keeping skills.
• Experience in hospitality operations preferred.
• Ability to support the Food & Beverage manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of Rampsbeck, The Living Space and The Glasshouse restaurants.
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager in staffing, training and guest service.
• Ensure guests receive first-class, flawless service and a warm, welcoming experience.

Our Restaurant Supervisor Role:

We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to support our Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing the day-to‑day running of Rampsbeck, The Living Space and The Glasshouse restaurants.

Just a one‑minute walk from each other, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of three distinct dining experiences. From elegant dining at Rampsbeck to freshly prepared pizzas topped with herbs from our garden at The Glasshouse, every day brings something a little different.

You’ll be friendly, adaptable and have excellent time‑keeping skills, ensuring that our guests continue to enjoy our experience first‑class, flawless service.
