We're looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at The Blues Kitchen.

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at The Blues Kitchen . Known for our late-night energy, live music, and high-volume service, we serve up fresh, crowd-pleasing food inspired by American grill—think juicy burgers, quality steaks, house salads, and classic comfort dishes.

As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant floor. You’ll support the management team, lead by example during busy shifts, and help keep the service smooth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Running the Floor: Oversee daily service with precision, ensuring smooth shifts from open to close.

Team Leadership: Mentor and support the front-of-house team, bringing energy, structure, and a sharp eye for detail.

Guest-Focused Service: Build rapport with guests, handle feedback with care, and make sure every visit is one to remember.

Operational Flow: Take charge of key logistics—table plans, pacing, and on-the-spot problem solving—to keep everything moving seamlessly.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and senior leadership to maintain high standards and constantly elevate the guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a high-volume late night restaurant environment.

Proven ability to manage detailed service protocols—including allergen procedures—while effectively overseeing a busy team.

A strong desire for growth, with internal promotion opportunities and the Columbo Academy programme designed to develop future leaders.
