Job summary

Franco Manca is seeking a Supervisor/Team Leader in London to lead by example and deliver exceptional guest service, supporting daily operations and maintaining our standards of quality.

You will motivate and coach a team, manage stock and rotas, and handle customer feedback to ensure satisfaction during busy periods. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, with opportunities for growth through Franco Academy and strong employee perks.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in hospitality or fast-paced restaurant settings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to multitasking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
