Job summary

St Ermin's Caxton Restaurant, part of St Ermin's Operating UK Limited, is seeking a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest service in London.

You will oversee staff training, ensure high service standards, and maintain knowledge of menu offerings and ingredients while promoting a safe, clean, and welcoming dining environment. Eligible to work in the UK is required.

• ensuring prompt and friendly customer service.
• maintaining quality and service standards.
• ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings and ingredients.
• educating staff about potential food allergies and how to make customers aware of these ingredients.
• ensuring all staff follow strict personal safety, food safety and food storage guidelines.
• supervising and maintaining restaurant cleanliness to meet regulatory sanitation and hygiene standards.
• responding to customer feedback and resolving conflicts effectively.

As a Restaurant Supervisor you will assist with the day-to-day operation of the restaurant as required and ensure the highest levels of customer service is consistently delivered to our guests.
