Job summary

The Landmark London Hotel is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our award-winning team on a permanent basis. You will deliver five-star service and memorable hospitality to our guests, working a 40-hour week on a shift rota.

As part of the Food and Beverage Team, you will maintain full knowledge of the menu, train colleagues, and ensure guest experiences at every touch point.

Responsibilities

Have full knowledge of the food and beverage menu at all times and ensure staff menu knowledge.
Provide appropriate training to all team members.
Ensure guests receive a memorable experience and extend hospitality at every touch point; share moments with the team.
Attend daily F&B operations meetings and conduct pre- and post-shift briefings, ensuring staff are aware of the hotel's daily business.
