We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities

• Lead and Supervise the restaurant team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among staff members.
• Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards.
• Implement training programmes for new hires, focusing on customer service, and health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure the restaurant is well-stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas in accordance with health regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with chefs to create innovative menus that reflect current trends in the hospitality industry.
