Zizzi Ristorante in Cambridge is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the floor in the GM’s absence, overseeing shifts and sustaining top-notch service. You’ll balance dining throughput with food and service standards, driving the guest journey and brand values.

You will coach and develop the front of house team, maintain high standards, and partner with the GM to monitor performance, financials, and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, or Shift Leader in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach teams to deliver standout guest experiences and maintain brand standards.
• Strong focus on achieving business KPIs and improving service metrics.
